Ali Mohammad Mosadeghrad is a doctoral researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London where, in addition to studying for a PhD in health policy and management, he also taught on organizational behaviour and strategic management modules at undergraduate level. He holds a Bachelor and Master's degree in Healthcare Services Management. Before beginning his doctorate, he worked as a lecturer in healthcare services management at Isfahan University of medical sciences, Iran.
Ali is an author, speaker, and a professional quality management consultant and trainer. His academic background, in-service training, development, and professional qualifications provide a range of skills crucial to good healthcare management practice. Ali has over 10 years of experience in quality management planning, implementation and evaluation in public and private sectors. He developed and led workshops on management and quality management. He facilitated many functional and cross-functional teams to use quality management techniques and tools to improve the quality of their work.
He is an expert in management and business disciplines. His expertise in strategic planning, project management, team leadership, cost containment, business development, and problem solving are very useful in running a business effectively and efficiently. He has excellent operations and organisational skills twinned with an entrepreneurial streak. He is very good at communicating complicated scientific methods and converting them, where possible into business proposals. He developed strategies to help executive managers be more successful. He has worked extensively in developing solutions to healthcare policy and reform challenges including service accessibility, and capacity development.
Ali has written extensively on many aspects of healthcare organisation and management including 3 books and over 30 articles.
