Personal profile
Eivor Oborn joined Royal Holloway School of Management in Sept 2008 and is currently a Senior Lecturer in Public Management and Organisation. She is also a Fellow at Judge Business School, Cambridge University, where she received her PhD in 2006 and is working closely with colleagues there on a number of research projects. She is co-lead on the Judge Business School implementation theme of the CLAHRC research to practice project, funded by the NIHR for £10 M. Eivor is also an Honorary Research Associate in the Department of Bio-Surgery and Surgical Technology at Imperial College London, working in association with Lord Darzi.
Her research interests include health services research, organisational change, knowledge sharing, multidisciplinary collaboration and decision making, health policy reform, policy entrepreneurship and service innovation.
