Haitham Al-Sinani, BEng (Portsmouth), received his bachelor of engineering degree in Wireless Computer Networks from the University of Portsmouth with First Class Honours. Haitham has also received the award of the Best Final Year Computing Project (2008). He is employed at the Diwan of Royal Court, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman as a network security engineer but he is presently on study leave. He is currently studying for Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Chris Mitchell and advised by Prof. Kenny Paterson. His PhD is fully sponsored by the government of Sultanate of Oman, Diwan of Royal Court. His current research interests include identity management, user authentication, web security and network security.
