Before joining RHUL I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Edinburgh, RWTH Aachen University and the University of Würzburg. I received my PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001 after receiving my undergraduate training at the Technical University Munich.
I coordinate the seminar programme of the Centre for Particle Physics and am a member of the NExT Steering Committee. In the annual Particle Physics Masterclass, I am the team leader of the LHC/Higgs activity. For additional information, please visit my homepage: http://theory.pp.rhul.ac.uk/kauer/
