!!! PhD Project opportunities on the investigation of Fe-based magentic and superconducting compounds using transport, magnetic and neutron scattering measurements. !!!

Main focus of the group's research activity:

  • Strongly correlated electron systems
  • Quantum-critical phenomena

  • New candidate systems for high-temperature superconductivity

  • Novel states of electronic matter

Key experimental techniques used by the research group:

  • Macroscopic techniques: electrical and thermal transport, heat capacity, magnetic properties

  • Microscopic techniques: neutron and X-ray scattering

  • Tuning of material properties using magnetic fields up to 9 Tesla and pressures up to 200 kbar

  • Low-temperature measurements
