Personal profile
I am currently working with Dr. Jonas Larsson, supported by the Wellcome Trust. The project is concerned with the measurement and modelling of centre and surround mechanisms in human visual cortex; we principally use fMRI, and also combine psychophysical methods.
My primary interest is in the constructive nature of visual perception, particularly the processes by which we form our perceptions of edges and surfaces, and ultimately objects with associated shape and other properties.
